Shipping Policy

We have two delivery options:

  • UPS Ground (typically arrives within 1 - 2 weeks depending on availability and transit time) - Not available for Hawaii and Alaska
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (arrives in 3-5 business days)

Delivery time is depending on your proximity to our production studio on California’s central coast and shelf availability of our handcrafted product. We unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

UPS Ground Shipping Fees for the Continental U.S.:

$14 - orders up to $70
$17 - orders $70.01 - $100
$25 - orders $100.01 - $150
$32 - orders $150.01 - $199.99
Free - orders $200 & more

Please note: All shipping and handling charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. We offer free shipping on orders $200 and more.

No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS 2nd Day Air only. We do not ship to any US Territories or APO’s.

No, Annieglass does not ship orders internationally.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We always endeavor to pack each piece securely to ensure your complete satisfaction when opening your boxes. However, occasionally pieces do break in transit. If there is breakage, please contact customerservice@annieglass.com within 10 business days so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement.

Please retain all packaging materials for the shipper’s inspection.

To cancel or return an order, please contact Annieglass' customer service and we will be happy to assist. Please note, there are no returns or cancellations on engraved items.

If the order has not left the Annieglass warehouse, the recipient will receive full credit to your credit card.

If the order has already shipped, the recipient may return the merchandise, and the credit card will be refunded for the merchandise amount and any applicable sales tax. We will not refund the shipping fee for shipped merchandise for orders shipped.

The cost of return freight and insurance is the responsibility of the recipient for a return. We recommend using a professional packing service and insure your shipment. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Payments & Refunds

Please allow 3- 5 business days for refund once it has been intiated.

Gift Cards

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with an Annieglass E-Gift Card. Instructions:

  1. Once a gift card is ordered an order confirmation email is delivered to the purchaser.
  2. A second email will be sent immediately with a unique code that can be used to redeem the e-gift card.
  3. The unique code is then used at our online checkout. It is only redeemable on our online store. It is not available for use at our Watsonville retail store.
  4. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
  5. If purchasing as a gift, forward the email with the unique code to the recipient or print out the code and give it to the lucky individual.
