Returns & Exchange Policy
If there is a need to cancel or return an order, please contact Annieglass' customer service and we will be happy to assist you. Please note: there are no returns or cancellations on engraved items.
If the order has not left the Annieglass warehouse, you will receive full credit to your credit card. If the order has already shipped, you may return the merchandise, and your credit card will be refunded for the merchandise amount and any applicable sales tax.
The cost of return freight and insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser, thus we recommend that for your security you use a professional packing service and insure your shipment as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We always endeavor to pack each piece securely to ensure your complete satisfaction when opening your boxes. However, occasionally pieces do break in transit. If you find breakage, please contact email@example.com within 10 business days so that we can file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and swiftly get you a refund or replacement. Please retain all packaging materials for the shipper’s inspection.
We prefer for purchases made through one of our retailers, that they also be returned or exchanged through them.
